I was fortunate enough to travel to the State of Hawaii over 100 times before moving to the Big Island in 2012. (I’m not slow on the uptake, just a methodical planner.) I spent countless hours researching areas of this island and becoming familiar with every district before choosing to live in the Puna area. My love of Hawaiian lore and legend, flora and fauna was fueled by my passion for Hawaii as a destination and continues to grow as my roots grow deeper here. My past professional experiences include many years in the airline and tourism industries as a travel agency owner, tour development manager and buyer for Costco Travel in Seattle. More recently I managed staff at the local hospice in Hilo (Hawaii Care Choices.) During a sabbatical in 2010—on somewhat of a lark—I completed the culinary program at Le Cordon Bleu and was elected Chef de Cuisine by my peers. Hand in hand with planning and attention to detail, our successful client-agent relationship will be based on trust and communication.
