My Story:

Jeff moved to Hawaii in 2012, after making one of many trips to shop for a new home.  He selected a home that looked like a good area he remembered, had his Realtor® put an offer in, and flew over to take a look.

He knew as soon as he arrived at the address, meeting his Realtor
® there, that it was not the right house for him.  It was a very nice home, but on a much smaller lot than Jeff dreamed of.  He stumbled around the area on his own for the next couple of days, and happened on to his dream home.  Arguably, it might be better said Jeff's dream "tree."

Jeff's vision of living in Hawaii was to have a large banyan tree that he could one day build a Swiss Family Robinson style treehouse in!  (That's still on the drawing board, but the tree is there, waiting!) . His Realtor® did a very good job trying to find homes with such a tree.

Back home, he began planning to move, going through all the same steps anyone relocating here would have to follow.  How to ship possessions, cars, pets.  It's a process.  They learned a lot about that - just ask! (and check our blogs occasionally for stories and information on those processes.)

Though Jeff had both completed certification at Le Cordon Bleu in Seattle, his participation was part of a sabbatical, and purely for fun.

Jeff joined the growing residential solar photovoltaic industry and accomplished a large book of business before the electrical contracting company promoted him to General Manager
.

Jeff took a position at the local hospice in Hilo as their inpatient unit manager (there's a work environment where everyone's compassion shines brightly like stars and moon for the twilight of lives and loved ones!) .

But, he had also meanwhile earned their real estate licenses in the State of Hawaii, and the call to help people with their real estate needs grew stronger.

Why Aloha Boys Properties?  Jeff moved to Hawaii with a partner and they both worked in real estate, as a team, and chose that name to demonstrate how they embraced the Aloha spirit of Hawaii and it's people.  Lives change and people grow, and although the team has taken a hiatus, the spirit of Aloha continues to be present in their work.  The Team will likely grow in the future, as new partnerships and synergies come along.

Team Aloha Boys Properties is dedicated to helping you sell your home at the best price possible, buy your home for the best price possible, and do the work to get those jobs done.
