Hey Christine and Victor, I took a bike ride yesterday afternoon in the neighborhood and took a few pics and videos of the lovely afternoon. I thought I'd share them with you. I concluded my ride by going by your house! Jeff |
L-R, and down: Avocados growing in a tree on a vacant lot on 1st Avenue. It's Avo season, Sept-Nov ... They're EVERYWHERE!; this type of orchid is a "weed" here <grin> .. a grass type from the Philippines; waterfront at the foot of Makuu is a place someone has made cairns now and then .. this one is particularly well done; another view of the cairn; a hibiscus growing at someone's front gate ... unusual orangey color; bouganvilla, jasmine and coconut palms along the ride; a stop at Kaloli bay with my bike; view to the right of my bike; front of house on Lemiwai; back of house on Lemiwai; the moon came up a little later (view from my yard!)
